Honnect Customer Care SMS program
This program allows you to contact Honnect by text and receive replies related to your inquiry, customer support, or appointment coordination you request. This program does not send unsolicited marketing messages or enroll you in promotional campaigns.
Participation and consent
You may initiate a conversation by texting the Honnect number displayed with our SMS invitation. By doing so, you request replies concerning that conversation. You may also text START to request participation in the customer care program. Your request applies only to the disclosed customer care purpose. SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests and the conversation. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START to the same number.

Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected]. You can also use email instead of SMS.
Delivery
Delivery depends on wireless carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this program for emergencies.
